Important Notes to Consider When Placing Your Shipping Order
Business Day Cut-off Times
The ‘Business Day’ for all couriers ends at 3:00 PM EST/12:00 PM PST. Orders received after these times will be shipped the following business day. Standard shipping within the US typically takes 3-5 business days, Monday to Friday. No standard shipments are delivered on Saturdays or Sundays. Expedited shipping is available to some domestic locations for an additional fee, but please note that overnight shipping is not guaranteed by our carrier, UPS Healthcare.
Secure Your Shipment for a Stress-Free Cycle
Schedule your shipment to arrive 5-7 business days before your expected treatment to reduce the risk of missing your cycle due to early ovulation or unforeseen shipping delays. Cryomate’s shipping tanks preserve specimens for up to 7 days (or up to 14 days for residential deliveries, depending on availability). Early shipments are highly recommended, as Cryomate is not responsible for any financial losses caused by shipping delays, missed procedures, or fertility medication costs.
Office Availability
Cryomate’s offices are closed on weekends and observe most US Federal holidays in alignment with our couriers’ schedules.
Mandatory Paperwork
All required paperwork must be completed and on file before your order is shipped. This is mandatory to avoid delays.
Residential or Home Deliveries
Residential deliveries require a Clinic Release Form to be completed and signed by your licensed medical practitioner. This form must be returned to Cryomate before shipment.
Delivery Timing
Standard deliveries are set to arrive by 4:30 PM local time at the delivery address. If your order needs to arrive earlier, Expedited delivery must be arranged. Pricing for Expedited shipping is available upon request.
Return of Shipping Tanks
All recipients choosing At-Home Insemination (shipping or local pickup) must provide a valid credit card to be securely kept on file. If the shipping tank is not returned within 7 days, a $975 fee will automatically be charged. This ensures Cryomate maintains a healthy rotation of tanks to fulfill orders promptly for other recipients. Your card information is securely stored and protected by AffiniPay, our trusted payment provider.
Shipment Changes
For exchanges or other order inquiries, contact us—info@cryomate.com. Any changes to your shipment must be submitted in writing at least 1 business day prior to the scheduled shipment date.
